In this message, Pastor Marshall finishes our study in Mark by teaching from Mark 16. This chapter covers the resurrection of Jesus and the Great Commission. On the first Easter, a few women went to the tomb to anoint the body of Jesus. Instead of finding Jesus, they found an angel who encouraged them with the words, “He rose from the dead, just as He said.” This was the first encouragement to the early church, and it should still be an encouragement to us. No matter what happens in this world, we can be filled with joy because Jesus will do what He said.
